About Transfers

The purpose of the Transfer within the production line is to marshall the bottles into the correct spacings and then move them 90 degrees from the IS machine conveyor to the Cross Conveyor without causing contact faults.

The Transfer is avaialbe as both Left- and Right-handed machines.

The spacings between the bottles can be changed to suite the size of the bottle required.

We manufacture a full range of transfers to suit all production requirements: Straight to radial transfers; transfers with upgrades to high temperature using non-lubricated bearings; standard transfers intended to be used only for particular jobs or bottle spacing; permanent fixture transfers that quick change bottle spacing on-line. Our most advanced transfer, the 700-3 series, fits into most drive bases and can handle a wide range of speed and bottle sizes.
All transfers have the option of a high temperature soft stainless steel felt contact material to minimise bottle faults arising through transfer finger contact with glass. Particularly successful for lightweight, thin wall, high speed containers.
We offer a comprehensive transfer reconditioning and upgrade service.
