About Stackers

The purpose of the Stacker in the production line is to move the bottles from the Cross Conveyor into the Annealing Oven without the bottles touching each other, in addition to being able to stack them as efficiently as possible.

The stacker is also capable of dealing with different height bottles, shapes and widths.

What D A Oldfield Ltd. Can Provide

We manufacture high spec, low cost stackers capable of running 14 cycles per minute, with a flux vector inverter controlling the acceleration and deceleration on the push cycle to allow easy adjustment during operation.
Our Mk 10 stacker is designed for quick and simple installation needs only an electrical and Lincoln lubrication supply and to obtain a synchronisation pulse from the IS machine to start each cycle.
Handles most customer’s production requirements from small delicate ware to large tall containers. The Stackers are easy to maintain and can be moved quickly in and out of site position for access.
A value for money alternative suitable for 1.5m to 3.75m wide lehrs.
