D A Oldfield Ltd. are proud to present the Anti-Backlash Neckring Mechanism which is a direct replacement for your old mechanism.

It boasts two major advantages over the standard:

The Anti-Backlash Neckring Mechanism keeps the flights inline at all times, so the Neckring arms are level and perform together. This is unlike the standard mechanism which over time can wear on the splines resulting in the arms losing their accuracy from start and stop positions.
Our mechanism can be stripped down, spares can be purchased to repair where required.

Additional Details about the Anti-Backlash Neckring Mechanism

We manufacture arms for most IS machines from 4 ¼” up to 6 ½” Centres, Single up to quad gob, E to NIS machines.
These precision-made arms are made to the latest CNC machine centre to ISO 90001 standards
Built for long life, whilst maintaining a competitive price, providing value with little maintenance required.
Made in Great Britain, all arms are also tested on our own testing fixture before despatch.
