• The Finger metalwork and chain mountings are made from Stainless steel, resulting in very strong, none corrosive and long lasting.
• All fingers are laser cut and folded using CNC machines to ensure every finger is the same size and shape.
• Fingers are fitted with a 6mm thick, Stainless Steel felt material rated at 750º C, this thick felt provides a cushioning contact with the glass.
• Fingers are fastened together with high tensile dome head screws, allowing for the Fingers to change hand, simply by undoing screws and turning these plates around.
• We can provide Fingers with Carbon insulation where preferred, providing you the customer a choice of insulating materials.
• Typically held in stock, while larger orders can be delivered in as few as two weeks.
• All Plates, Finger Insulators and Felt Insulation are available as spare parts, so that Finer assemblies can be repaired without replacing chain carriers.
