About Service Exchange

The Service Exchange service is offered on a small range of mechanisms that are time consuming and difficult for the customer to service themselves. This is a fast service at an affordable price to the customer, giving the customer control and peace of mind.

Fast because we have the goods in stock ready to send out to you.
Affordable because we are agreeing to buy back your old goods.
Control because you know the worn parts will be replaced and the finished work tested and ready for use before you order the service.
Peace of mind because you have a 6 month guarantee on the exchange assembly and 2 weeks from receiving the goods to send your exchange goods back to us.

How the Service Works

Following a request for a quote and after receipt of your order we airfreight your goods promptly from stock.
On receipt of the assembly, carefully remove goods from the box and inspect ready for use.
For your convenience, and to save cost, use our packing box to return your exchange assembly back to us by airfreight with the two week period.
We receive back your exchange goods and issue you with an invoice with 30 days payment terms and conditions.
