These fixtures are fabricated using the best steel and latest machining techniques and fitting practices, from CNC laser burning to 6 axis milling, turning, drilling and grinding. The machining accuracy to achieve a precision product is one tenth of the tolerance to be measured by the fixture. The fixtures should be used in a controlled inspection “tool room” environment.
